Returns & warranty
7-day return window
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Send us your order number on WhatsApp and we'll arrange pickup or a drop-off point.
Faulty products
Items that fail within the stated warranty period are replaced free of charge. Warranty length is listed on each product page — typically 3 to 18 months depending on the brand.
Not covered
Physical damage, water damage, and items purchased outside Emmzy Phone Goodies are not covered. Cables and screen protectors damaged by misuse are excluded.
Refunds
Approved refunds are transferred back to your bank account within 3 working days of inspection.
